Twin Cities Community Voice Mail
Self-Mailer
Twin Cities Community Voice Mail needed an
updated brochure or information sheet to quickly share information about
the organization’s mission and capabilities. The executive director called
on High Point Creative to write, design and print a brochure.
After the discovery process, the High Point team
recommended creating a self-mailer sheet that could serve a variety of
purposes. We designed a two-color front/back sheet, based on existing
colors and images that express their brand. Along with the design work, we
wrote a one-page introduction to TCCVM and their service.
Once the sheets were printed, we used an office laser
printer to add the introduction copy on 500 sheets. Additional sheets, or
new information can be created and printed on demand. Now TCCVM has a
relatively inexpensive and highly flexible handout. The staff isn’t stuck
with thousands of copies of a brochure that can’t easily be updated.
Response to the printed sheets has been very
positive—especially by the TCCVM board. People have commented on the
quality images and efficient use of a printed piece.

The outside is set up with a return address and a place for address
and stamp. The inside is open to include any messages the TCCVM staff
wants to print.
“Thank you, Christina, for all your outstanding work
on this project. Wow! You have really made a difference.” — Helen Hayes-Jirak, Executive Director, TCCVM
